Clover Meadows Farm is located at 166 Music Mountain Road in Falls Village, CT.
Coming from Route 63? Go past the big stone barn and we will be around the next bend on your right just after Gearhead Girls.
Coming from Cream Hill/River Road? Go past the music shed and Yelping Hill Rd, we will be on your left across from the antique bulldozer.
There are two entrances to our driveway! When you drive in, go past the yellow house and follow the lane down to the barn. You can enter the cheese shop through the gray door on the left hand side.
Watch out for goats! Our Nigerian Dwarf herd is free range and may be out and about in the driveway. Just give them a minute – they’ll move on their own!
