Our Story
Clover Meadows Farm began as a dream over 30 years ago! A graduate of UConn’s College of Agriculture, Stephanie Baldwin had long aspired to build a small goat dairy. Life had other plans, but the dream was still there. After many twists and turns, the road finally led to the creation of Clover Meadows Farm situated atop Music Mountain in Falls Village, CT.

A small herd of well-tended American Alpine goats provide the rich milk for the decadent farmstead chèvre. Each batch is carefully crafted and blended into four varieties: Plain, Lemon Thyme, Garlic and Chives, and Honey Lavender. Each has its own signature taste making it difficult to pick a favorite! Clover Meadows Farm Chèvre can be found at several farmers’ markets, retail shops, and restaurants. Or even at the farm itself, where you can always see for yourself what makes Clover Meadows Farm Chèvre so special!
